A place that knows your name, vehicle, and works hard to give you top service. I have heard they can be a bit expensive , but I have found they are in line with other reputable mechanics (cheaper than the other quotes I have gotten), so I think they are worth it and at a fair price.

They were courteous, professional, quick with a quote, did the work as promised and delivered as promised. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did and the price they quoted was the price I paid. If you have a problem with your car, call them!

Knowledgeable, professional, skilled, honest with great customer service. I do not live in town but it is reassuring to have Willard's to rely on for unscheduled repair. Not only have I had my oil changed and tires rotated, I recently had the turbo go out. It had to be replaced before I could drive it again. Erik and Amber at the front desk are so helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible since I was only visiting for a few days. I recommend Willard's Tech Auto for all car service needs.

The price was lower than expected, the job was completed in a short time, and there was excellent communication and updates along the way.
