This review is long over due as we have been using Willands for our auto repair needs for years. Everything from basic maintenance to performance upgrades to “what the heck is that noise?!” The staff has been excellent with all of our vehicles and has always treated us with the upmost respect when explaining issues that are unclear to our non mechanic brains. The service is always timely and any bumps in the road are always communicated. We also appreciate the extensive record keeping that is done as well, including pictures and detailed information. I couldn’t tell you if the pricing is comparable to elsewhere as what we pay at Willands is well worth the expertise, friendly service from all the staff and the peace of mind that our vehicles and our kids vehicles are in good hands.

Great service friendly trustworthy don’t try and upsell you stuff you don’t need.

I took my car here for an oil change after getting recommendations from my neighbors. A different auto shop recommended that I also needed to replace my brake pads and rotors, but the folks at Willands said I didn’t need any any expensive maintenance just yet because I have really low mileage on my car. Service at Willands was fast and friendly.

I as well as my dad have used Wiiands Tech Auto, before he recently passed for all our Auto problems. They are very caring, helpful" even brought grandaughter and I home plus groceries" when my cars back bearings went out recently. I am so very thankful for them taking care of my car the past 4 years. I would refer them to anyone i know,and my friends and family, as I already have!! Give them a try you will be glad!!!!!!!

Just had another routine oil change done at Willands. As usual they gave me excellent service and finished in a timely manner. I appreciate Amber at the front desk. I like their remodeled waiting area. They even have snacks and a cooler with refreshing sparking water in various flavors.

I really like Wilands in Ferndale they fixed my car within one day and even offered me a loaner vehicle while they made the repairs.While they were diagnosing my engine they kept me posted with pictures and quotes so I genuinely knew what was going on the entire time they were repairing the car. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and had great customer service her name is Amber and she is very helpful. I especially like the fact that Wilands has a payment program for the more costly repairs which is very helpful as well. I’m happy with my overall experience when it comes to Wilands. I have a peace of mind knowing that they have a 24 month warranty on any of their work parts included. I will definitely taking my car here from now on!

I unfortunately ran into some car trouble on my way to work last week. I had heard some really great things about Willand's, so I gave them a call. They were able to diagnose the issue within about an hour and within 24 hours I had my truck back and ready to go. It was a spendy fix but that was to be expected as I had to replace the radiator and thermostat. Everyone was very helpful, and they will be the first place I call whenever I have any issues in the future! Shout out to Erik at the front desk. He did an amazing job.
